VI: Add Participants

 

15. Although your students are added to your websites automatically when they
       register, you may want to add guests to your site. If your guest already has
       an ETUDES username and password, you will add them by that username,
       and they will use their regular ETUDES password to access your site.
       Otherwise, you will add them by their email address, which will be their
       username, and they will be sent an email giving them a password to access
       your site.

16. The roles you assign participants controls the level of access to your site the
       new members will be allowed.

17. You give new participants the role of Instructor, Student, Teaching Assistant,
       or Guest.
