When you have a personal crisis or need a professional ear
We all have problems at times in our lives. If you have personal problems or academic stress, Student Psychological Services are here to help and to assist you in reaching your full potential.
If you are dealing with depression, abuse, anxiety, family conflict or other problem, you may schedule an appointment by calling us at (818) 778-5708. All students are eligible for up to 12 visits per semester at no cost.
An experienced clinical psychologist will discuss your problem with you, explore ideas for resolving your problem, and work with you as you attempt a resolution.
Available services include:
• Crisis intervention
• Individual counseling
• Referrals to community resources
Your experience at the Student Psychological Services will be private and confidential. No information regarding your counseling will be revealed to anyone without your written permission, or as mandated by law.
