Q: What do I need to do to be seen?
A: Call to schedule an appointment at 818-778-5708
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A: You must present your student ID and current registration
indicating that you have paid for the student health fee for the
current semester.
Q: How much does it cost per visit?
A: No cost per visit.
Q: How many sessions may I attend?
A: 12 visits per semester maximum.
Q: Are the services confidential?
A: All services are private and confidential. No information regarding
your counseling will be revealed to anyone without your written
permission, or as mandated by law.
Q: What are the available hours?
A: Each semester the hours change. We will do our best to
accommodate your schedule.
Q: Where are you located?
A: In the North Gym. Check in at the Student Health Center lobby.
