The Philip S. Clarke Math Lab

The Math Lab provides free tutoring in mathematics for all actively enrolled LA Valley College students. A valid LA Valley College id is required for entrance. In addition to one on one tutoring, the lab also provides free access to math textbooks, student solution manuals and computers.

Math Lab Hours of Operation for Fall and Spring Semester

            The lab will be open from the second week of the fall and spring semester.

            Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. 

            Computers are available with tutoring support for online homework on Monday to Thursday from 12:45 am to 6:30 pm.

One on One Tutoring 

          One on one tutoring appointments for students in Math 105, 110, 112, 113, 114, 115 and 125
                   For appointments call 1-818-947-7263 Monday to Thursday from 9:45 am to 6:15 pm.

          Students in Math 105, 110 and 112 can make appointments up to a week in advanced. 

          Students in Math 113, 114, 115 and 125 can make appointments the morning of the desired tutoring date.
