The mission of the Committee for Academic Resources and Tutoring Services (CARTS) is to provide inclusive, highly coordinated services to students. By maximizing access to academic resources and tutoring services, we will increase student retention, persistence, and success.

Committee for Academic Resources and Tutoring Services Goals

To validate the success and retention of students whom we serve through tracking and surveys
To inform students and faculty of the positive effect of Academic Resources and Tutoring Services on classes
To establish a positive, nurturing, and educational environment through the training of student workers, tutors, faculty and staff
To utilize current technology to facilitate and enhance student learning
To demonstrate the positive impact of Academic Resources and Tutoring Services to justify the need for financial support
