SARSGRID & SARSCALL Accounts and Passwords
SARSMenu program SARSMenu allows you to schedule phone-call reminders for the students or other users. This is the program that you will use the most.To use SARSMenu, use the SARSMenu shortcut in the Start menu. Logon using your SARSMenu username and password.
"SARSCALL" and "SARSCALL Record" programs "SARS-VNC" connects you to the LAVC-SARSCALL server to use the "SARSCALL" and "SARSCALL Record" programs. A "SARSCALL" account gives you access to "SARSCALL" and "SARSCALL Record"."SARSCALL" allows you to do changes to the defaults on how the phone-call reminders are done such as Do not make phone-call reminders outside the USA. "SARSCALL Record" allows you to record your voice for the scripts used during the phone-call reminders. You will use your phone line in conjunction with "SARSCALL Record" to record the voice sequences that will be used during the phone-call reminders. WARNING: Only one person at a time can connect to the LAVC-SARSCALL server. That includes people in your department or in other departments. Mr. Syed Hussain at extension 2657 coordinates access schedules for all the departments. To use "SARS-VNC", use the LAVC-SARSCALL shortcut in the Start menu. In addition to the Logon box, you will also see the VNC Viewer Status box. Logon using your network username and password.
To use "SARSCALL" or "SARSCALL Record", logon using your SARSCALL username and password. To use "SARSMenu", logon using your SARSMenu username and password. In addition, you will find support information on the "SARS support" link and the departments' schedule of access to the server on the "Server Schedule" link.
