Class of 2013 Alfy Hill Fr. LB/DE Commits to the University of South Carolina
Alfy Hill, a freshman DE from West Brunswick H.S., has committed to play football in the SEC at the University of South Carolina (NCAA FBS). Alfy will return for the 2012-2013 season at Los Angeles Valley College before taking his talents to South Carolina.
Abel De Haro Fr. OL Signs with the University of Nevada Reno
Abel De Haro, a freshman OL from Canoga Park H.S., has signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Nevada Reno (NCAA FBS) in the fall. Nevada is a part of the WAC (Western Athletic Conference). De Haro will be joining the Wolfpack this summer as an early transfer after just one year with Valley College. Under the direction of Coach Fenwick, the Valley football program follows the philosophy that their student athletes can take the opportunity to complete their four year degree and optimize their football experience when an early transfer opportunity presents itself.
Dan Owen So. QB Signs with Florida Tech University
Dan Owen, a sophomore QB from LA Baptist H.S., has signed a letter of intent to play at Florida Tech University (NCAA DII) in the fall. The Florida Tech football program will make its debut in the fall of 2013 as a member of the Gulf South Conference.
Kalan Booker So. DB Signs with Missouri Western State University
Kalan Booker, a sophomore DB from Taft H.S., has signed a letter of intent to play football at Missouri Western State University (NCAA DII) this fall. Booker is a CCCFCA Region VI All State selection, as well as a SCFA American Conference, Pacific Division First Team selection.
R.J. Melgar So. OL Signs with Sacramento State University
R.J. Melgar, a Sophomore OL from Crespi Carmelita H.S., has committed to play football at Sacramento State University (NCAA FCS). R.J. is a mid-year transfer and is already on campus at Sacramento State. R.J. was a SCFA American Conference, Pacific Division Second Team selection for the past two seasons.

Morey Croson, a sophomore WR from Birmingham H.S., has signed a letter of intent to continue playing football at Ottawa University (NAIA). Morey is a mid-year transfer and is currently attending Ottawa University. He is also joined by his fellow

Chuck Obi, a sophomore LB from Alemany H.S., has committed to play football at Prairie View A&M University (NCAA FCS) in the fall. Chuck was a SCFA American Conference, Pacific Division Second Team selection this past season as well.
